Day 5—What Moment In Your Life Are You Most Proud Of?

PrideTaking pride in yourself is the first step towards accomplishing your dreams. Without self-respect and self-love, you could stifle yourself from being your greatest version.

Take a moment to reflect on one moment in your life that made you feel a deep sense of pride in who you are. It could be a time that you helped someone else or it could be winning the high school volleyball championship. Anything that brings a smile to your face and a sense of self-respect will work.

Meditate on that moment and feel the emotions and physical sensations that bubbled up. Once you have identified that moment, write it down in your journal. Focus on how it made you feel. Ask yourself how you felt about YOU in that very moment.

This exercise helps you build confidence in yourself, and gives you a deep sense of satisfaction that cannot be taken away. Writing it down reinforces in your mind that good things are supposed to happen to you, because they already have.
